filemaker pro import

I'm having problems importing data from Filemaker Pro into
Excel. No matter which format I choose when I export it, I
can't get a clean result when I import into Excel.

Can anyone guide me to the answer?
 
What version of XL are you using?

What formats have you tried?

What isn't "clean" about the result?
