File won't delete

this folder has appeared on my desktop when i got to
delete it i get this error

Cannot delete ;__g_ModuleID = 3023; : Cannot find the
specified file.

Make sure you specify the correct path and file name.

can someone please help me get rid of it ive tried in
safe mode, also trying to delete from a msdos start up it
won't go
