File Transfers with Remote Connection

How is it possible to transfer a file via Remote Connection desktop?

Both PC's are running XP Pro and I do not have a domain

Further to this is it possible to set up a schedule Task to transfer a
set file every day at a certain time?

Click the options button after firing up Remote Desktop. There's an option
to share resources / local disk drives on one of the tabs. Then you just
open up My Computer during the session and access the drives as normal.

Share a folder (right-click folder > properties > sharing), map it as a
'network drive' (My Computer > Tools > Map Network Drive) and have a
scheduled script / batch file eg containing a 'copy / xcopy' command
