This depends upon the process that's doing the file transfer.
If you're talking about file transfer using Windows Explorer, you're probably
talking about Client For Microsoft Windows (client) / File and Printer Sharing
for Microsoft Windows (server). This process uses a combination of TCP ports
139 and 445, and UDP ports 137, 138, and 445.
You MIGHT use FTP, which uses TCP and UDP ports 20 and 21. You could use FTP
from Windows Explorer, if the server is running an FTP Server.
