can windows XP Professional edition perform file
synchronization from mobile pc to pc? if yes, I would
like to know the solution.

What do you mean "mobile pc"? Laptop? PDA like a Palm, HP, Compaq, or
other?

If a PDA, they normally have software provided with it to do this. If a
laptop, make a network connection between the two machines.
