File Sharing in XP

Hi all, another file sharing problem here. Can anyone
help me?
I read lots of newsgroup in here and still couldn't see
other network.
I have a cable router which is connected to cable modem,
hud is connected to router and 2 XP computer is connected
to the hud. I was able to see both computer before. But
after I rebuilt one computer and now both could see each
other and itself. I have a printer that is connected to
one computer that supposed to be shared.
So far, I diabled the microsoft firewall in the advanced
tab, enabled netbios over TCP/IP, and changed registry on
netbios from nothing to either 1(broadcast) or 8(hydrid).
Still not working in here. Singh....
