File Sharing for certain users in a Domain not available

I've got the same problem!

folder I want to share, and share this folder. So far so

Users or Groups window appears, but "From this
location:" is greyed out, inside it only shows my
computer name, and I cannot change it to view the domain,
so that I can select the users I want to share the
folders with.
 
Could someone help please? With Win98 and Win2K, file sharing was soooo easy. I must have missed something, but what?
