File share problem

One computer in my office is sharing a quickbooks file. We just got a
computer that needs to share this file. What are the steps to take to get
the file? I keep getting errors that I am not allowed to access these files
when i try to run the path.

Also, check for misconfigured / overlooked firewalls, and for registry setting

That sounds like a name resolution problem. Check "browstat status" and
"ipconfig /all", as above. Either examine them yourself, or post them here, for
diagnosis.
