If you have Word's Always Create Backup Copy option enabled, then, assuming
you haven't edited and resaved the file, you might have a copy of the file
stored in the original folder as {original file name}.wbk.

Or... you can check your recyling bin to see if it contains a copy of the
file for un-deletion, but given that you say you saved over the file, it's
unlikely that there will be an un-deleteable copy in the recyling bin.

Last ditch (more for next time than for this time)... There is software that
can track what you do and offer you the ability to undo just about anything.
Unless you're using such software (in which case, you likely wouldn't be
asking this question), it is highly unlikely that you can retrieve the file.
