File, Print FedEx Kinkos in the File Menu

I've uninstalled the software as designed, but in the FILE drop down list,
there is still an entry for "File, Print FedEx Kinkos".

I've searched the registry for any of that, but to no avail.

How do I remove this entry in my FILE drop down list and ensure it is no
longer an option for anyone using this machine?

FYI -- I've also sent an EMail to FedEx Kinkos with this problem

If you go to Tools/Customize and go to the "Commands" tab. Make sure File is
highlighted and click rearrange commands. Find the "File, Print Fed-ex
Kinkos control and delete it from the list. Hope this helps!
