File preview

Hi all...
I'm trying to get or write a component which would display file previews
just like the windows explorer does... Does this control exist, or am I
gonna have to
write it myself ?
I just want to display a preview of a file like the 'thumbnail' option of
the explorer,
and if possible have another control displaying the file properties...
