File options - I want to be able to view all open files via the taskbar

I want to be able to view tabs for all open files (Word or
Excel) across the taskbar at the bottom of the screen,
without having to go to "window" on the tool bar and then
select the file I want.

Any suggestions anyone?

Yes, post this in the apropriate newsgroup. Likely one of the excel or word
ones.
