File open dialog sorting

I have a user whose file open dialog window sorts files in reverse order.

How can I change it to normal ascending sorting?
 
If that user is showing details, he/she can just click on the Name header and
sort by that. (Click once to sort, click again to sort in the opposite order).

Thanks for your help! My user had his window set to display files in a LIST
(w/o DETAILS). Got him taken care of.
