I have created have the file name and path with the date and time on one
document but need to be able to show this on all my documents which I have
created when I print them

for documents you create yourself, you want to setup a template and
insert all you need in the header/footer. Then create the documents
based on these templates.

There are various ways to process documents that lack this information
afterwards, from the simple manual way to clever macros. What works best
for you depends on the amount of documents and your skills with VBA.

Any idea how I get the path and file name to show on the address bar at the
top of my doc? for example..."Med Summary" currently shows but I need it to
say...."C/Smith/John/Medical/MedSummary"......UGH!!!
