File List disabled

After loading and using "Speed up my PC" and "System Tweaker" by Uniblue I no
longer have a list of recently used files anywhere. I find themmost useful
in Word and Publisher. When I click on Tools-Options- the box is greyed out
and cannot be used.

I have loaded Twek UI and have tried to follow the instructiions given in
prvious answers but cannot find the box in "Internet Explorer".

How can I change the settings in HKEY_CURRENT_USER? I am signed n as
System Administrator but cannot find this file using "Search". Can someone
please help?
