File is not accessible.

Hello all. I am attempting to access a network share,
that many others around me can, as well as others in my
company at other sites. I get the following message when
I attempt to access a server. \\humbug is not accessible
The referenced account is locked out and may not be logged
onto.
I have all the neccessary permissions to access this
shared server, but cannot. What am I missing.
 
You're probably logged on locally while trying to access a
file located on a server. Your local account is fine but your
server account is locked. Ask your network administrator
to unlock it.
