file gone into private folder by mistake

I fumbled something and accidentally moved a file and its
links into the private folder. How do I get it out again?
I've messed up my web site!
 
Open the _private folder and drag the file to where it should be. Do this
in FrontPage with the web open, and the links will be updated.

To see the _private folder, Tools | Site or Web Settings | Advanced tab | check View Hidden folders.
