file folders have modify dates as 2007?

I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem? I
have file folders that the modify date and the date
created are being changed to 2007. And when I try to
delete one of these folders that I no longer need, I get
a message that the parameter is incorrect. Can anyone
help with this? The os is running fine and I have not had
any problems with it. Thanks so much for any help.
 
Assuming you have scaned for viruses with a current virus scanner, you may
want to run Spybot (download it) to look for "malware." It sounds as though
you may have "picked up" something. In any case, this possibility needs to
be eliminated.
