Hi,

Are there any specs on max size for an outlook data file, or max messages in
a folder?

Thanks!

Depends on the version of OL
Pre OL2003 unicode file its 2gb though problems can occur at 1.5gb
Unicode format (OL2003 on) theoretically unlimited?

OK. I'm OL 2003, then will go 2007 at some point. How do I ensure my pst
file is unicode?

Thanks!

In Outlook, rIght-click the PST's root and choose Properties, then click the
Advanced tab. Examine the Format field. If it says "Personal Folders
File", it's Unicode. If it says "Personal Folders File (97-2002)", it's
ANSI and is size-limited.

OK. Thanks!
