1. Have you tried opening the file directly in WinZip (drag the file onto
opened instance of WinZip, or use WinZip's File/Open Archive...) ? That
will tell you if WinZip recognizes the file type.
2. Are you certain it is a zip file. You could try renamining the file
xxxxx.ezip to xxxxx.zip.
3. If WinZip will open the file, you can add the association of the ezip
type in the Tool/Folder Options/File Types
