When i get files from Internet, Windows XP Pro (!?) PL OEMhave trouble with
downloading. Common times file is corrupted or downloading was stopped.
Last time i get file, but file is corrupted. I try download again and file
is getting from cache. Of course file is corrupted. Windows should be
cheaper, it work not good.

Perhaps you need to consider what problems you have with your connection
and other hardware. Literally hundreds of millions of other people don't
have the problems you have been going on about.

Why blame Windows for downloading corrupted files?.. you are requesting
them..

What anti-virus are your using?

What download manager?

Where are you downloading from? Is it a known, respectable web site or a
"warez" site?

Connection was interrupted and started again.

This is a problem with your connection and/or your hardware. Are you a
member or just trying to download files from the public servers? You've
told us nothing about your computer or your Internet connection. If
you're trying to get 700MB files on dialup, there's your problem.

Once again, no one can help you with the little information you've
provided. There is a problem with your network connection and/or
hardware. Have a local professional come on-site and take a look.
