File Download, Some files can harm your computer .....

Hi,
On a newly formatted computer with XP home, every time I open our business
software I get the above pop up warning.
The "Always Ask before opening this type of file" check box is disabled.
How can I tell XP to trust this file so I don't get this message every time
I open our software?

"Always ask before opening this type of file" check box in the file download dialog
box does not retain the unchecked setting
