File Download Dialogue Box

I have accicentally stopped this from appearing whenever a file is being
downloaded. Now a file just automatically downloads.

How can I turn the box back on?

In IE6: tools>internet options>advanced tab>restore defaults>apply>ok
 
Hello,

Try this:
Start > My Computer > Tools (menu) > Folder Options > File Types > (select
the file type in the list) > Advanced > CHECK "Confirm open after download"
