I downloaded a .zip folder off the internet and when I wanted to delete the
folder, all but one file would be deleted. I created a folder on my desktop
in which I extracted the files and is says under properties that there is a
file still present. But there is no icon for this "phantom" file. I've
tried everything from allowing hidden files to be shown, to safemode deletion
and I can't get rid of this file! Please help me.

BTW: The error messeage that comes up when I try to delete is, "cannot find
the specified file"

Hi,

Click start/run and type cmd, then click ok. From the prompt, run:

CD\docume~1\<username>\desktop

changing <username> to whatever your account name is. Then, type:

RD /s /q <folder_name>

Where <folder_name> is the directory you wish to remove. This should delete
it and the contents.
