I deleted 2 files in the registry according to instructions from Norton to
remove a keystroke stealer. After rebooting I have no control of the
keyboard. I cannot type my password to gain access to the backup files. I'm
at a loss how to repair the damage without the keyboard. Any ideas that
might work for this?

Hi

You can try a System Restore to see if that solves the problem:

Use WinKey + R to access Run, then type or copy/paste the following into
Run:

%SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
