In order to import photos or graphics into the AutoCad
Program, they must be file type DXF or WMF. How do I
convert JPG, TIF or BMP type files into WMF. or DXF file
formats for use in AutoCad?

Irfanview will convert to .wmf format, but not .dxf. If .wmf will work for you
Irfanview has an additional advantage...it's free! You can get it at
www.irfanview.com , be sure to D/L and install the plug-ind as well.
