Okay, I open My Computer and I doulbe click a drive... It now opens a
new window. Then I double click anything in that window and it stays in
the same window. I checked folder options under "Browse folders" and it
is still set to "Open each folder in the same window".

I really don't like how it's opening it like that. What can I do to fix
it?

Type this command from Start/Run. Courtesy of David Candy:

regsv32 /i shell32.dll

Then, remove the additional items in the registry (if you've added anything
under "File Folders" in file types dialog.

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Shell]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\Shell]

Thanks. It was regsvr32 in case anyone else has this issue. Thanks
again for quick response with a resolution.
