file attribute "HS" beside read only on file properties ?

On 2003 server i right clicked a specific file, select PROPERTIES, select
GENERAL tab, under ATTRIBUTES section i can see

"Read Only"
"HS"

What is HS and where has it come from ?

H is Hidden, S is System.
