File attachments in a reply to the orig message?

Is there a way to keep files attached to an original message in a "reply" to
that message in OL 2003?
 
No, as it is implied that the sender has the file as well. If you really
want to, you'll need to use Forward instead.
 
If you open the reply to all email, you can drag and drop the
attachment from the original email in your inbox. It doesn't show you
clearly you 'have it', but you can drag and drop it into the reply to all
email.
