The option to burn a Wizard Disk (for use in my old computer) is greyed out
in my File and Settings Transfer Wizard window. Why would that be, and what
must I do to be given the option of burning a Wizard Disk?

(I'm using Windows XP Home edition on an Averatec 3200 series computer.)

Thanks,
Frog

Does your computer have a 3.5 inch diskette drive? The absence of a
diskette drive would be one reason why the option to create a wizard
disk is not available.

You need the wizard disk (or a complete install CD for Windows XP) in
order to run the collection program for the Files and Settings
Transfer wizard on your old computer.
