File and Settings Transfer Wizard Questions

I have a new computer with a freshly loaded XP Pro and my old system which
is also an XP Pro. I would like the users on the new system to be set up
identically to the old. Will the wizard work with XP to XP? I have three
users set up on the old system. Will the wizard transfer all three users
settings or just the one that actually runs the wizard? Do I have to add
the users to the new system before I run the wizard or will it create them?
Are there any good Web sites that might have more information about using
this tool? Microsoft's hasn't been to informative. Thanks -- Will
