File access denied on import

When trying to import a previous .pst "back-up" - i get
the error message: File access denied. You do not have
the permission required to access the file F:\backup

I never password protected the file when i backed it up.
I tried to change the attribute of the file and it won't
let me. It shows as a "read-only" file on the CD.

PST files require read/write access. You must copy the PST from the CD to
your hard disk, remove the read only attribute and then use File>Open (don't
use Import) to open the file. If you wish to move items from the PST to
your primary mailbox, just drag-and-drop.
