I want to use fields in a word document. (about 12 pages
long) I have no idea how to use them! I want to type
text on the first page & have it carry to fields on other
pages. Help Me!
 
There are lots of ways to do this. The information will be repeated using a
REF field.

You can get the information using an ASK field or a FILL-IN field with a
bookmark. You could also use Word's online forms feature. Check this in
