Fields missing

I designed a form in a calander about a year ago with several pages that I have renamed. For some reason, now when i click on an existing event, my tabs/fields are gone. If I start a new form, everything is there. How come i can't view it on appts. that are already on the calendar
 
Do those items have the correct custom MessageClass? Add that field to
the folder view using the Field Chooser so you can easily see which
items have which MessageClasses.
