fields in new folders

In Outlook 2003, I have customized by inbox to hold a few custom fields
through View - arrange by - custom - fields. I occatioanlly create new
folders and would like these folders to have the same arrangement for the
fields. is there a place I can go to set the changes and have them applied
to all new folders.

Edit the default Message view. View>Arrange By>Current View>Define Views.
Select Messages and click Modify. New mail folders always use the Message
view by default.
