Fields in Checkboxes excluded in Analyse It with Microsoft Excel

I was using the "Analyse It with Microsoft Excel" Function in Access and just realised that all fields that are in checkboxes are excluded in the XL file exported. Is there anyway to include the checkbox fields

I just tried it using Access 2003/Excel 2003 using the Northwind sample
database (open table Products, Analzye it with MS Excel). It brought over
the "Discontinued" field which is a checkbox/ yes/no field, but in Excel the
data changes from a checkbox to TRUE / FALSE.

If you don't get the field at all, let us know which version you're using
and how you're doing it. If you get the field with TRUE/FALSE but want it
to be in checkbox format, you'll need to write code in Excel to handle this.

Hi Michelle,

I am not getting all checkbox fields at all. Not even in True/ False.
I am using Microsoft Office Access 2003 (Part of MS Office Professional Edition 2003). After i open my report, I click on the shortcut button for "Analyse It with Microsoft Excel" on the Print Preview toolbar.
