field flicker

I am just testing an HR application I have designed for my company before
it goes live. One annoying problem I can’t seam to get rid of is that as a
user hovers over the forms with the mouse all the fields in that form
flicker. As far as I can see I have on code attached to any ‘No Mouse’
properties. Any ideas would be appreciated.

If this is Access 2003, on Windows XP, and the form has a tab control or
option group, it is a known bug.

Thanks Allen, it is Access 2003 on XP and has a tab control so looks like
thats the answer. I will visit the site you sugest
