field code "count of chartacters" BUT including spaces

I would like to include the number of characters of the doc, but including
the spaces. The info is in the "statistic toolbar", but among the choices of
field codes there is only NUMCHARS, which does not report spaces.

If you have a solution, please post it, but also email me at iachris at
freemail dot it .

Use the field {DOCPROPERTY CharactersWithSpaces}.
