Feedback With Stars

Hi everyone.
I have create a database that I wish people to rate. But I need a
rating system. I wish to have the same type of feedback rating we have
on this forum. You know when you hover over the stars, they starts
filling in yellow and there is a message displayed. Like Very poor,
poor, average etc... And Also when you click it it says rating saved.
If someone out there has anything similar can he share it with me?.
Please I need it.

You're assuming that everyone uses the same web-based news software
that you're using. WE DON'T.

I use Agent as a textbased newsreader to the NNTP newsgroups. I rarely
open any web interface to the newsgroups, and don't see any stars of
any color, nor any ratings.

Contact whoever is maintaining the webpage you're using to access the
newsgroup; their rating scheme is their own, and is not part of the
newsgroup.
