Try Sim City or one of the many other sims available.

Assuming development is not in progress and Microsoft starts on the
suggestion, it would probably be a minimum of many months before it is
seen.

Is a single game such as this which is already available in different
forms from different sources really a good reason in itself to
upgrade?
