fdiskonly sees 10gb instead of 20gb

i had a partioned 20gb hard drive. I did FDISK and
deleted extended partition and formatted. but only show
10gb. any ideas ?

If you delete one partition the other will not change it's size.

you need to delete all exisitng partitions are create a new 20GB
partition which uses the whole disk.

booting up you can use disk managment to fdisk and format
very quickly and it will be all on 1 partition .go to
control panel.administrative tools.computer
management.then disk management .it has a really good
fdisk and format.
