fba error page

i've used target analyser probe(tap.exe) and built an image by target designer
check dependency and build messeges (no error no warning ) but in middle of
booting a blue error page appears (after FBA starts and components are install immadiately blue page with a ram address : 0x0000009a appears
what s rong whit me ? please help it s vital for me
