FBA Cycling through first boot

When I ran the XPe everything booted as expected. The FBA loaded and copied
my compomemts and then rebooted, however, instead of coming up as the
Administrator the second time. It continued to repeat the FBA over and over.
Is there anything that I can do. Recompile? check my ARC path? is it due
to Multiple partitions on the second hardd drive?

I am teaching myself how to setup XPe. I followed the 7 steps stated on
MDDN website. The only difference from the supplied documentation was that
the 2nd drive I used had 4parts to it. (D, E, F, G)
second,how do I know if I have setup the boot.ini correctly for the second
drive, is there anywhere I can find a good detailed write up on the ARC path?

You most likely have paths setup incorrectly in your configuration (SLX).
The thing to keep in mind is that you don't technically use the drive
letters as your XP Pro system sees them. You use drive letters as a BRAND
NEW INSTALL of XP Pro *would* see them. For example, if you have a C:
partition (only) and a CD Rom drive, the CD Rom would get D:. If you later
partitioned/formatted more unused space on your drive, it would then be seen
as E:. A brand new install of XP Pro at that point would see C: and D: as
your 2 drive partitions and E: as your CD Rom drive. Make sense?

As far as good write-ups for arc path, I just use google and within the
first 2-3 links there is always a good write-up. I don't need to refer to
it often so I don't have the link kept.
