"faxextension" not loaded in Outlook 2007

Why do I get a pop-up box that "faxextension" inot loaded in Outlook? It
also says that it cannot be loaded and has been locked out by Outlook.

Did you upgrade from an earlier version or use the transfer utility to move
your profile to a new computer? Outlook's configuration is telling it to
load a fax capability which outlook no longer supports. You need to find
and delete extend.dat.
