Yes, you enter the recipient information(or, retrieve it
from the Address Book entry), move/add it to the box
for multiple recipients, and continue with the fax build
once you've completed the target list. You probably
could build an Address Book Group containing the
fax recipients, and just reference the entire group. But,
I've not tested that. Obviously, all your fax recipients
must have fax number in their entries.
The first number is dialed, fax sent, and completed. The
next number is dialed, fax sent, and completed.... And
so on....
Some points to consider:
1). Many/most "all-in-one" printers may have a fax facil-
ity superior to this Win fax.
2). The Win fax does not have a comprehensive log of
fax completion, if that is important.
3). If this function is critical and repetitive, I'd suggest an
OEM supplemental product replacement.
