I use a telephone credit card for long distance

How do you incorporate the 800 number and PIN into the FAX number?

You don't. You use the operating system's dialing rules.
Windows XP Fax service will not process dialing rules unless the phone
number to which you are sending the fax is in "international format."
Details on how to use international format to invoke dialing rules are
available here:

So this means I can't send a fax using an 800 number
telephone card?

What I am trying to do is:

1. Dial an 800 number (for the telephone credit card)
2. Enter my code number
3. Enter the long distance fax number

This is not a fax question.
If you need help with configuring dialing rules, ask in a Win XP group.
