Fax - computer turns on automaticall on every incoming phone call

I have set up the Fax on my w2k
It works fine except one thing - the computer turns on automaticall on every
incoming phone call.
Can I disable this feature ?

Turning on automatically is normally a BIOS issue. When
you boot up, hit F2, or possible the DELETE key, and look
for a boot option about waking up.

Disable the Wake on Ring in BIOS. Consult motherboard documentation for
how to gain access to BIOS setup on the motherboard - it varies between
manufacturers.

In my BIOS I already have Wake Up on Ring [Disabled]
Yet I have the following four items Enabled:

Wake Up on PCI Card
USB Wake Up from S3
PS/2 KB Wake Up from S3
PS/2 MS Wake Up from S3

Which one might be responsible?

My PC is connected to the Internet via its Ethernet Connector socket to an
external Vigour2600x ASDL router/modem, which in turn is connected to an
ASDL Inline Filter which goed to a phone socket. The ASDL Inline Filter has
also a socket for a phone line which is connected to the modem socket at the
back of the computer.
 
I'd try disabling PCI and USB one at a time. Disable the other two
unless you want it to wake up from PS/2 keyboard or mouse input.

If it was me, I'd disable them all unless I had a specific need for one
of them.
