Favorites

When I clikc add a favorite and I want to add that : make available offline
is grayed out even customize tab is grayed out.
please help
 
This MAY work. Try saving the page in your favorites first. Then go to
"organize favorites", click the favorite you want , and see if then you can
click the "make available offline" box.
