Favorites menu on Internet Explorer page

I would like to arrange "My favorites" folders in
alphabetical order. They can not be dragged, change,move,
etc. The only choices are to move or delete. Some users
have theirs already automatically alphabetized from their
original installation of XP. Did I missed some setting
when I installed XP. I re-installed it twice already. How
can it be done?

In internet explorer click on Favorites choose any of your favorites and
then select "Sort by Name"
