Favorites - How do I ??

Favorites is now shown in a different way , in IE ( as history
was shown in box in XP ) . Is there a way to customize favorites in
the old convenient way ?
 
Sure...just click on the yellow star with the green "plus" sign (it's just
below the blue forward and back buttons). There you will see all the options
you are used to for customizing your favorites.

You can do it in Windows Explorer:
My Computer > C > Users > [username] > Favorites
